Fika, the moment that the Swedish take a break around 16:00 to drink coffee with something sweet like a cinnamon bread or cake. In the Netherlands we call it '4 uur cup-a-soup'. The Swedish also drink filter coffee, and I have to admit, I love it. In the center of Kalmar there is a traditional coffee house with the greatest sweets for Fika.
